For nearly 28 years, I led enterprise collaboration and workplace technology for one of the largest media and entertainment companies in the world — responsible for the platforms behind 100,000+ employees and 4,000+ meeting and event spaces, and more than $80 million in technology modernization. That chapter closed sooner than nearly three decades of results would suggest it should have.

I started Momentum Collaboration Advisory to bring that same judgment to organizations that value the person doing the work, and the outcome it produces, not just the work itself.

My approach stays simple: shared goals between the teams that deploy and manage the technology, and the people it serves — plain language over jargon, and enough humility to keep listening after launch. The goal was never the go-live date — it’s the point where people stop thinking about the technology and just use it. Beyond client work, I’ve built a distinguished reputation within the collaboration industry as a frequent panelist and invited speaker at industry and enterprise vendor events, a Customer Advisory Board member for several enterprise UC/AV technology vendors, and a board member of IMCCA.
